Residential Foundation Stabilization
A 1960s bungalow with severe settlement on the south wall causing 2-inch floor drop and wall separation. We installed 8 steel push piers to lift and permanently stabilize the foundation.
Results
- Foundation lifted to within 1/4 inch of original position
- All interior cracks closed
- 25-year transferable warranty provided
Complete Basement Waterproofing
Recurring spring flooding in a finished basement destroying carpet and drywall annually. We installed a complete interior drainage system with dual sump pumps and battery backup.
Results
- Zero flooding in 3 years since installation
- Basement fully refinished
- Annual maintenance plan in place
Commercial Foundation Repair
A commercial warehouse experiencing floor slab settlement and wall cracking due to inadequate original compaction. We used helical piers and polyurethane slab lifting to restore the structure.
Results
- Warehouse floor leveled across 5,000 sq ft
- Wall cracking arrested with carbon fibre
- No business disruption during repairs
Bowing Wall Reinforcement
A 2005 two-storey home with a basement wall bowing 1.5 inches inward from clay soil pressure. Carbon fibre straps were installed to permanently halt all lateral movement.
Results
- 12 carbon fibre straps installed in one day
- Wall movement completely arrested
- Basement finishing completed over straps
Multi-Unit Crack Repair
A condo complex with water leaking through multiple foundation cracks in the underground parking level. We performed polyurethane crack injection on 23 cracks across the structure.
Results
- All 23 cracks sealed permanently
- Water intrusion eliminated
- Lifetime warranty on all injections
Driveway & Garage Slab Lifting
Severely settled driveway and garage floor creating a 3-inch trip hazard and directing water toward the home's foundation. Polyurethane foam injection restored all slabs to level.
